Our Columbus maintenance shop is a critical hub supporting field operations across Ohio and Northern Kentucky, ensuring equipment is maintained and ready for deployment.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Heavy Equipment Union Mechanic to oversee day-to-day mechanical repairs and maintenance in our heavy equipment shop. The Lead Mechanic will serve as a technical resource for the team and help ensure equipment is repaired correctly, efficiently, and returned to service on schedule.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to troubleshoot problems instead of simply replacing parts, and can be counted on to keep the shop moving. The right person will be a strong mechanic first, but also someone who can lead by example, communicate well, and take ownership of the quality of the work being performed.
