Mt. We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to work in our fabrication shop, producing, assembling, and repairing components and equipment used in soil stabilization projects.
The Welder / Fabricator performs welding, metal fabrication, and assembly of equipment and structural components in the shop. This role ensures that all fabrication work meets company quality standards, technical specifications, and safety requirements.
The position works under the supervision of the Fabrication Shop Foreman and collaborates with maintenance and logistics teams to support project readiness.

This position operates in the fabrication shop environment with exposure to welding fumes, heat, and shop machinery. The Welder / Fabricator ensures that all components, repairs, and assemblies are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule to support Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group projects.
