Our fabrication and maintenance shops support field operations by ensuring equipment and machinery are fully functional, safe, and ready for deployment.
We are seeking a skilled Shop Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot company equipment, vehicles, and machinery at our shop facility.
The Shop Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery used in soil stabilization projects. This role works under the direction of the Shop Manager and collaborates with Fleet Management, Fabricators, and Field Operations to ensure all equipment is operational, safe, and compliant with company standards.

This position operates primarily in the company’s shop/fabrication facility. The Shop Mechanic interacts with Shop Manager, Fabricators, Fleet staff, and Field Operations to ensure equipment and machinery are maintained, repaired, and ready for safe and efficient deployment to job sites.
